Rate: £27.50 to £32.50 per hour
Are you an experienced Electrician looking for contract work in Dumfries? As an Electrician, you will be working on a residential project, carrying out electrical installation works in line with site drawings and project specifications. You’ll be working within unoccupied housing, allowing works to be completed efficiently without a live environment.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Electrical installation works, including lighting, power, containment and data cabling
- Upgrade or replacement of existing electrical systems
- Working from drawings and project specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
- Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines
Experience required:
- Experience working on residential or new build projects
- Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of electrical installation standards
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS Card
- Valid DBS check
- Own hand tools
- Full PPE
