We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive individual to oversee electrical works on kitchen and bathroom refits across social housing properties in Hillingdon. This role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Supervise all electrical works on kitchen and bathroom refit projects
- Audit and inspect electrical installations for quality and compliance
- Coordinate and order necessary materials to site
- Ensure all works adhere to current electrical standards and health & safety regulations
- Manage on-site health & safety procedures and requirements
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising electrical installation and testing
- Strong background in residential/social housing electrical projects
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- 2391 Testing & Inspection – essential
- SSSTS – beneficial
- First Aid – beneficial
