Job Title: Electrical Site Manager
Location: Kirriemuir
Rate: £500 p/day
Are you an experienced Site Manager with SHEA Gas and SMSTS/IOSH qualifications? As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and handover of security system projects on gas sites. You will be working for a leading contractor managing site teams and ensuring strict compliance with safety and project requirements.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Manage and supervise site operatives during security system installations at gas facilities
- Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with the Project Manager on site welfare
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and handover phases
- Ensure RAMS and H&S compliance across all activities
- Manage site health and safety, permits, and compliance requirements
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining project budgets and achieving deliverables
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in a similar environment
- Strong background managing teams on large, complex security or electrical installations
- Experience liaising with subcontractors and managing site welfare and compliance
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- SHEA Gas (essential)
- SMSTS or IOSH (essential)
- PPE
