Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Supervisor looking for a senior role across Essex and London? Technical Resources is recruiting for a leading building services contractor seeking a professional, off-the-tools supervisor to oversee domestic and commercial electrical projects. This role is focused on safe delivery, compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards across multiple sites.
Responsibilities :

Supervise electrical engineers and subcontractors across multiple sites

Carry out site health & safety inspections, toolbox talks, and RAMS
-
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company procedures, and industry standards
-
Manage project schedules, materials procurement,t and quality control
-
Liaise with clients, site management, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians and engineers
-
Prepare, review, and manage documentation, reports and certification
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
-
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
-
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-
SMSTS or SSSTS
-
Valid ECS / JIB Card
-
Proven experience supervising domestic and commercial electrical contracts

Strong knowledge of regulations, compliance and health & safety
-
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
