Job Title: Design Administrator
Location: Remote (Exeter Office ideally)
Rate: £210 p/day
Are you a Design Administrator with experience in Fire Alarm and Nurse Call systems? We are looking for a Design Administrator to join a team for a part-time role (3 days a week) where you will play a key role in producing O&M (Operation & Maintenance) documents, managing fire alarm designs, and assisting with nurse call system setups.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Produce O&M documentation and manage designs related to fire alarms and nurse call systems.
- Create device locations and zone charts for fire alarms.
- Assist with the design and implementation of nurse call systems.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure quality and accuracy in technical documentation.
Experience required:
- Experience in CAD design, especially in fire alarms and nurse call systems.
- Previous fire alarm design experience is essential (device location, zone chart creation).
- Knowledge of nurse call systems is beneficial.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Laptop and CAD software provided.
