Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Surrey
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer in Surrey and experienced in CAT6 installation? We’re recruiting for a site-based engineer to assist with structured cabling works on a commercial project. You’ll be expected to complete clean, efficient installs and support with terminations.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- CAT6 cable installation
- Assisting with routing, containment, and dressing cables
- Supporting terminations and final fix as needed
Experience required:
- Experience with CAT6 structured cabling installations
- Able to work efficiently on live commercial sites
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Hand tools, termination tools
- Full PPE
