Data Cabling Engineer

Rate: £220 p/day
Are you an experienced Data Cabling Engineer looking for your next contract in Stevenage? As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and termination of Cat6a Siemens cabling and fibre optic infrastructure, supporting the completion of a key technology project.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installation and termination of Cat6a Siemens cables.
- Fibre optic cable installation through ducts using cobras.
- Installation of containment, including conduit and basket systems.
Experience required:
- Proven experience with Cat6a and fibre installation.
- Experience with conduit and basket containment.
- Previous experience working on large commercial or industrial cabling projects.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
- Confined Spaces Certification.
