Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Southampton
Rate: £165 p/day
We are seeking a Data Cabling Engineer in Southampton to install approximately 300 Cat 6 cables, with the expectation that the first fix will take around one week. This role requires the installation of cabling as part of a larger project, with the potential for additional work beyond the initial phase.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Install around 300 Cat 6 cables.
- Complete the first fix within a one-week timeframe.
Experience required:

Experience as a Data Cabling Engineer, with expertise in cabling installations.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS card preferred, but CSCS card (non-labourer) is acceptable.
- Standard hand tools.
- Termination tools (if required).
- Full 5-point PPE (supplied by contractor).
