Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
Technical Resources are recruiting for Data Cabling Engineer in London to work on a commercial project pulling in backbone copper cabling and supporting riser installs.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Pulling in copper backbone cabling down risers.
- Terminations required in the second week (RJ45) – only one engineer required for termination.
- Assisting with installation and containment as required.
Experience required:
- Proven experience with data cabling installations.
- Skilled in CAT5/6 cable pulling.
- RJ45 terminations – beneficial (essential for one engineer).
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS Card – Essential
- Standard hand tools – Essential
- Termination tools – Essential
- Full 5-point PPE – Essential
