Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you looking for a Data Cabling Engineer role in London working on a Cat6a installation project? As a Data Cabling Engineer, you will be responsible for both 1st and 2nd fix installations, as well as final testing of Cat6a cabling on a commercial site.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix Cat6a cabling installation
- Terminations and testing of data outlets
- Working to commercial install standards and deadlines
Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in structured cabling
- Strong background in Cat6a installation, terminations, and testing
- Able to work independently to site plans and drawings
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- No certification required
- Own hand tools and termination tools
- Full PPE
