Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you an experienced Data Cabling Engineer based in London? You will complete 1st and 2nd fix Cat6 installations on a commercial site and must be confident with containment, cable routing, termination, and testing of Cat6 data networks.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st fix Cat6 cable install – containment, routing, looming
- 2nd fix – termination and testing
- Working independently or within a team to complete on-site tasks
- Adhering to health & safety procedures and reporting progress to site supervisor
Experience required:

Experience with 1st and 2nd fix Cat6 data cabling
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Own standard hand tools and termination tools
- Full PPE including safety boots, long trousers, and hard hat
