Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer in London? We need you to work on a contract basis, supporting a CAT6A cabling project. You will be required to carry out installation, termination, and testing of CAT6A infrastructure in line with project specs.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st and 2nd fix installation of CAT6A
- Termination into panels and outlets
- Testing and fault finding using Fluke or equivalent
- Neat looming into comms cabinets
- Accurate documentation and labelling
Experience required:
- Proven experience with CAT6A installations
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (Essential)
- Own standard hand tools and termination kit
- Full 5-point PPE (Hard hat, boots, gloves, glasses, hi-vis)
