Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer in London and experienced in 1st fix works? You will be responsible for carrying out CAT6A and AV cabling installations on a commercial project, focusing on neat and accurate cable running.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- 1st fix installation of CAT6A and AV cabling
- Cable running, containment, and loom organisation
- Supporting AV and structured cabling teams on site
Experience required:
- Proven experience in data cabling and 1st fix installation
- Confident running and dressing CAT6A and AV cables
- Familiarity with commercial site cabling standards
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (Essential)
- Standard hand tools and termination tools
- Full 5-point PPE
