Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £165 p/day
We need an experienced Data Cabling Engineer in London with experience in CAT6a installation, termination, and fibre running. This role will involve working on data cabling systems across various sites, ensuring high standards of installation and maintenance.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Install and terminate CAT6a cabling
- Run fibre as required on-site
- Ensure cabling is installed and tested to meet required standards
Experience required:
- Proven experience in CAT6a installation and termination
- Experience with fibre running is beneficial
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS/ECS card (essential)
- IPAF certification (beneficial)
- Full PPE required (hardhat, boots, gloves, high vis, goggles)
- Hand tools
- Terminating tools
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
