Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer in Herfordshire with experience in installing, terminating and testing CAT6A/CAT6 cabling? We are recruiting for a commercial cabling project requiring engineers who can work independently to a high standard and complete full end-to-end installs.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installation, termination, and testing of CAT6A and CAT6 structured cabling
- Ensure work is delivered in accordance with site specifications and safety procedures
- Use of access equipment and working at height where required
Experience required:
- Proven experience installing, terminating, and testing CAT6A/CAT6
- Minimum 2 years on commercial or corporate structured cabling projects
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS or ECS Card (essential)
- IPAF (essential)
- Standard hand tools, termination tools
- Full PPE
