Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Hertfordshire
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer based in Hertfordshire? We are recruiting for a skilled Data Cabling Engineer to work on running fibre cables for access installations. This role involves outdoor work, with some indoor work as needed, including tasks like lifting manhole covers (tools provided).
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Run fibre cables and pull them for access installations.
- Lift manhole covers (tools provided) as needed to access cable runs.
- Perform outdoor cabling tasks with some indoor work.
Experience required:

Proven experience in data cabling, especially fibre installations.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS certification (Beneficial).
- Standard hand tools for installation.
- Termination tools for fibre cabling.
- Full 5-point PPE for safety.
