Data Cabling Engineer

Rate: £170 p/day
Are you a skilled Data Cabling Engineer looking for your next contract role in Essex? This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale project installing structured cabling across multiple floors in a commercial building.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Pull CAT6 cables from comms cupboards to 6–8 locations per floor across 12 floors
● Route cabling through ceilings (steps and guidance provided)
● Repeat the installation process consistently, floor by floor
Experience required:
● Previous experience in structured cabling and data installation projects
● Competent in working with CAT6 cabling and associated network hardware
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● ECS and CSCS cards
● Own hand tools
