Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Canterbury
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you a Data Cabling Engineer based in Canterbury? We need you to carry out RJ45 terminations and trunking installation on a commercial project. Accuracy, clean finishes, and DBS clearance are essential for this role.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- RJ45 termination into patch panels
- Installation of trunking for cable containment
- Working on a live site requiring neat and compliant installs
Experience required:
- Strong experience with RJ45 terminations
- Confident installing trunking on commercial premises
- Ability to follow layout drawings and deliver consistent quality
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS (Essential)
- ECS or CSCS card (Beneficial)
- Standard hand tools, terminating tools, drill
- Full PPE
