Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Buxton
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you an experienced Data Cabling Engineer looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking skilled professional to carry out high-level wireless AP installations, CAT6 installations, and terminating and testing across multiple sites. If you have experience with CAT6 and hold the necessary certifications, we’d love to hear from you!
Description of contract/programme of works:
- High-level wireless AP installs
- Install and terminate CAT6 cabling
- Test and ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Work across multiple sites on various data cabling projects
Experience required:
-
Proven experience with CAT6 installations, including terminating and testing
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS (beneficial)
- IPAF
- Standard hand tools
- Termination tools
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
