Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Bristol
Rate: £165 p/day
Are you an experienced Data Cabling Engineer with a strong background in plastic trunking installation and Cat6a terminations? We are looking for a skilled Data Cabling Engineer in Bristol to work on installations that include plastic trunking, Cat6a cabling, terminations, and any fire stopping associated with the work.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Install plastic trunking and Cat6a cabling
- Perform terminations for Cat6a cables
- Carry out any fire stopping associated with the installation
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations
Experience required:
- Experience in data cabling, including plastic trunking installation and fire stopping
- Strong skills in Cat6a cabling installation and terminations
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS card (essential)
- Standard hand tools
- Termination tools
- Impact or hammer drill or SDS drill
- Steps and ladders
