Are you a Data Cabling Engineer based in or near Berkshire? We’re recruiting for a Data Cabling Engineer to carry out switch relocation and repatching works on a commercial site in Berkshire. You’ll be working on structured cabling and CCTV 1st fix, supporting ongoing installation works.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Switch relocation and repatching
- CCTV mounting (1st fix)
- C&E (Cause and Effect) testing – checking panels
Experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Data Cabling role
- Experience working with CAT6 cabling
- Previous experience carrying out repatching and panel checks
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Valid ECS/CSCS card
- Own hand tools
- Termination tools
