Technical Resources are currently recruiting for a Commissioning Engineer to work on a commercial building project in Central Reading. This is a short-term contract with potential for ongoing work depending on project progress.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Carry out remedial works and reprogramming of Honeywell D1 PAVA systems at the commissioning level.
- Commission approximately 7–8 racks (final number to be confirmed once works commence).
- Initial 1–2 days expected to involve detailed system familiarisation and panel setup.
- Testing, commissioning, and client handover to follow – may include some out-of-hours work.
- Site is fully occupied – must work cleanly and professionally with consideration to tenants.
- Convenient location in Central Reading, a short walk from the train station.
Experience required:
- Proven experience commissioning Honeywell D1 PAVA systems.
- Must be Honeywell Certified and listed as an Approved D1 Engineer.
- Must have access to D1 software, programming codes, and technical support via a Honeywell account.
- Previous experience working in occupied, multi-storey commercial buildings is advantageous.

- ECS Card
