Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in sprinkler installations? We are recruiting for a Commercial Sprinkler Project Manager to deliver sprinkler projects across commercial and residential sites. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring systems are completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with LPC and British Standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial and residential sprinkler projects.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources.

  • Liaise with design teams, clients, and contractors.

  • Ensure compliance with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251.

  • Lead site supervisors and installation teams.

  • Oversee health & safety compliance and risk assessments.

  • Maintain strong client relationships with regular progress updates.

  • Handle variations, contract administration, and project documentation.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience in sprinkler project management.

  • Knowledge of LPCB and sprinkler standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • LPCB Project Management certification (desirable).

  • Background in sprinkler design beneficial but not essential.
