Role : Commercial Sprinkler Project Manager
Location: Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sprinkler Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering sprinkler installations across both commercial and residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing fire protection business offering career progression and industry training.
Responsibilities :

Oversee the full life cycle of commercial and residential sprinkler projects from design through to commissioning.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Liaise effectively with design teams, clients, contractors, and site staff.

Ensure compliance with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards.

Provide leadership to site supervisors and installation teams.

Oversee health & safety compliance and risk assessments.

Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and reporting.

Handle variations, contract administration, and project documentation.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in sprinkler project management.

Knowledge of LPCB and sprinkler standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

Strong commercial and financial management ability.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
LPCB Project Management certification (desirable).
-
Sprinkler design background (beneficial but not essential).
