Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £60,000 basic - £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer with expertise in commercial and residential sprinkler systems? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading fire protection contractor, where you will be responsible for full lifecycle sprinkler design, ensuring compliance with LPCB and British Standards while delivering accurate hydraulic calculations.

Responsibilities :

  • Produce detailed sprinkler system designs for commercial and residential projects.

  • Carry out hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and water supply analysis.

  • Prepare layout drawings, schematics, and design documentation using AutoCAD (Revit desirable).

  • Ensure compliance with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to support successful delivery.

  • Provide technical support across design, installation, and commissioning stages.

  • Maintain accurate project records and implement design changes as required.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience in sprinkler system design.

  • Strong knowledge of LPCB and British Standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit highly desirable).

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability.

  • LPCB Basic/Intermediate/Design Certificates (highly advantageous).
