£60,000 basic - £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer with expertise in commercial and residential sprinkler systems? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading fire protection contractor, where you will be responsible for full lifecycle sprinkler design, ensuring compliance with LPCB and British Standards while delivering accurate hydraulic calculations.
Responsibilities :

Produce detailed sprinkler system designs for commercial and residential projects.

Carry out hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and water supply analysis.

Prepare layout drawings, schematics, and design documentation using AutoCAD (Revit desirable).

Ensure compliance with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to support successful delivery.

Provide technical support across design, installation, and commissioning stages.

Maintain accurate project records and implement design changes as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in sprinkler system design.

Strong knowledge of LPCB and British Standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit highly desirable).

Excellent communication skills and client-facing ability.
-
LPCB Basic/Intermediate/Design Certificates (highly advantageous).
