: Commercial Sprinkler Design Engineer

Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer with a proven track record in commercial and residential projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading fire protection contractor, working across the full project lifecycle. You will be responsible for producing compliant designs in line with LPCB and British Standards, while delivering accurate hydraulic calculations to support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities :

Produce detailed sprinkler system designs for commercial and residential projects.

Carry out hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and water supply analysis.

Prepare layout drawings, schematics, and design documentation using AutoCAD (Revit desirable).

Ensure compliance with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Provide technical support throughout design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Maintain accurate project documentation and update design changes as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in sprinkler system design.

Strong knowledge of LPCB and British Standards (BS EN12845 / BS9251).

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience highly desirable).

Excellent communication skills with client-facing ability.
-
LPCB Basic/Intermediate/Design Certificates (advantageous).
