Role: Client Account Manager

Location: South East

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Commission + Car or Car Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Client Account Manager. You will be working for a major national fire and security provider undergoing rapid expansion. You will manage existing key client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive new business development. A background in Fire & Life Safety is ideal, with experience across intruder, CCTV, and access control systems advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Upsell additional products and services within existing accounts
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key client contacts
  • Attend client visits and meetings to maintain and grow accounts
  • Participate in occasional office meetings with the sales team

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Technical background with fire alarms – desirable
