Role: Client Account Manager

Location: Midlands

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Technical Resources are seeking a Client Account Manager to join a team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven background as an Account Manager or a Business Development Manager (BDM) looking to progress their career. Experience in Fire & Life Safety is preferred, with a focus on Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control being advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service are maintained.
  • Upsell additional products and services within established accounts.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities within current accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Conduct client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Attend occasional office meetings with the sales team for strategy and collaboration.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or BDM.
  • Technical background in Fire Alarms (Not essential but beneficial).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
