Role: Client Account Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Technical Resources are seeking a Client Account Manager to join a team in the Midlands. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven background as an Account Manager or a Business Development Manager (BDM) looking to progress their career. Experience in Fire & Life Safety is preferred, with a focus on Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control being advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of service are maintained.
- Upsell additional products and services within established accounts.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities within current accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Conduct client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Attend occasional office meetings with the sales team for strategy and collaboration.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or BDM.
- Technical background in Fire Alarms (Not essential but beneficial).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
