Job Title: CCTV Installation Engineer
Location: London
Rate: £220 p/day
We need a skilled CCTV Installation Engineer to carry out first and second fixing works on a CCTV system in London. The system is Dahua, and the role will also involve commissioning the cameras via the NVR to ensure they are operational. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-quality installation for a prominent location in London.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Perform first and second fix installation for a Dahua CCTV system.
- Commission cameras via the NVR, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Ensure installations are completed on time, to the highest standards, and comply with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to meet project goals.
- Provide technical support when required.
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security installation.
- Proven track record working with CCTV systems, particularly Dahua systems.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS Card (essential).
- Previous experience with CCTV systems and commissioning is required.
- IPAF certification (desirable but not essential).
- DBS check is beneficial.
- Hand tools and power tools for the installation.
- 5-point PPE (high visibility, hard hat, gloves, safety boots, goggles).
- Steps and ladders as needed for installation.
