Role: Business Development Manager - Fire
Location: North or Midlands
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + Commission + Car or Car Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. You will be expected to drive new project sales and manage client accounts across the North and Midlands. You will be working for a well-established company within a smaller, close-knit team, offering the opportunity to make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities within the fire alarm sector, growing the Midlands and North portfolio
- Leverage previous client relationships and successes to secure new projects
- Manage and grow existing accounts, maintaining strong service levels
- Convert inbound sales leads into long-term business
- Attend client visits to strengthen relationships and develop new opportunities
- Join occasional office meetings with the wider sales team
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager in the fire alarm sector
- Strong background in project and installation sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
