Battery Replacement Engineer

Rate: £220 p/day
Are you a hands-on engineer based in Swindon? As a Battery Replacement Engineer, you will be working on solar-powered CCTV towers, replacing heavy-duty batteries and ensuring equipment remains fully operational for a leading security technology provider. This is a physical role that requires reliability, efficiency, and strong attention to safety.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Replace 4 x 30kg batteries per solar-powered CCTV tower
- Collect batteries each morning from the local office before travelling to the site
- Ensure all work is delivered safely and to operational standards
Experience required:
- No specific experience required a paid training day will be provided.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- CSCS or ECS card
- Standard hand tools
