Role: Audio Visual Project Manager
Location: Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join a growing team in Essex. The role will focus on delivering integrated AV and IT projects, with a particular emphasis on high-end residential work. You will take full ownership of projects from planning through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple AV/IT projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track project progress, proactively resolving risks or issues.
- Hold regular client meetings to update on progress and gather feedback.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AV/IT sector, ideally with high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV and IT systems.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Competent user of project management tools/software.
- PMP or similar project management certification (desirable).
