Role: Audio Visual Project Manager
Location: Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car or Car Allowance
As an Audio Visual Project Manager, you will be expected to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated technology projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will be working for a dynamic organisation delivering bespoke AV solutions across high-end residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple AV/IT projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Develop detailed project plans including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor progress, address risks, and resolve issues as they arise
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Manage project budgets, achieving financial objectives
- Deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the AV/IT industry (high-end residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual and IT systems and technologies
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- PMP or similar project management certification (desirable)
