- Interact with candidates over the phone
- You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
- Work alongside high performing, experienced consultants who will mentor you and help you grow your skillset
- Track your success through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, and continuously improve your performance
- Provide leads and market rates to the delivery team
- Utilise and update in-house CRM system in line with company process
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident phone manner
- Driven and competitive, with a desire to hit targets and exceed expectations
- A passion for building relationships and engaging with candidates
- A keen interest in recruitment and sales
