£65,000 to £70,000 per annum + Car + Bonus
Are you a proven leader within Fire Safety, Construction, or Facilities Management looking to take the next step in your career? Technical Resources are partnering with a specialist Fire Safety service provider as they continue their nationwide growth. We’re seeking an Associate Delivery Director to lead a team of Project Managers, driving excellence and operational performance across multiple high-value projects in the South West.
Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Project Managers across your region.

Manage divisional invoiced value and ensure financial and operational targets are met.

Work closely with Pre-Construction and QS teams to plan and allocate resources effectively.

Oversee detailed project planning and maintain consistency in site standards and delivery.

Build and nurture client relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication.

Identify opportunities for additional work and project growth.

Promote Health & Safety excellence across all operations.

Improve profitability through effective resourcing and programme management.

Report progress to divisional leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven leadership experience within Fire Safety, Construction, or Facilities Management.

Strong background in managing large operational teams and delivering measurable results.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to build trust with clients.
-
FIRAS, BM Trada, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
