Are you a proven leader in Fire Safety, Construction, or Facilities Management looking for your next challenge? Technical Resources are working with a specialist Fire Safety service provider who are expanding their operations across the Central Belt. They are seeking an Associate Delivery Director to lead a team of Project Managers and drive performance across multiple high-value projects.
Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Project Managers.

Manage divisional invoiced value and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Collaborate with Pre-Construction and QS teams to plan and allocate resources effectively.

Oversee detailed project planning and ensure consistent delivery standards across all sites.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and communication.

Identify and secure opportunities for project growth and additional works.

Promote and uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety across all operations.

Drive operational efficiency and profitability through effective programme management.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven leadership experience within Fire Safety, Construction, or Facilities Management.

Strong track record of managing large operational teams and delivering measurable results.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Proactive approach and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
-
FIRAS, BM Trada, or equivalent accreditations are desirable.
