Are you an experienced leader in fire safety or construction, looking to drive operational excellence across multiple high-impact projects? Technical Resources are recruiting for an Associate Delivery Director to join a specialist service business within the Fire Safety sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a growing organisation, where you’ll lead talented Project Managers and shape the success of major contracts.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers to deliver exceptional results across your division.

  • Manage invoiced value and ensure divisional financial performance meets targets.

  • Collaborate with Pre-Construction and QS teams to allocate and manage resources efficiently.

  • Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and transparent communication.

  • Identify and develop opportunities for project growth and additional work.

  • Promote and enforce best practices in health and safety across all sites.

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency to enhance profit margins.

  • Report on divisional progress to leadership, contributing to strategic business development.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or operational delivery role within fire safety, construction, or facilities management.

  • Demonstrated success managing large teams and delivering complex projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving performance and growth.

  • FIRAS, BM Trada, or similar fire industry accreditations.
