We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warden Call Area Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of engineers across multiple sites. This role involves overseeing the installation, servicing, and maintenance of warden call and telecare systems, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
Responsibilities :

Supervise and support a team of engineers working on warden call systems

Plan and allocate daily workloads, installations, and service visits

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and company policies

Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality control checks
-
Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical issues as needed

Liaise with clients, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure project satisfaction

Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, or feedback
-
Keep accurate records of works completed, timesheets, materials used, and compliance documentation

Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles assigned to your team

Provide regular updates to senior management regarding KPIs, progress, and any issues
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Previous experience supervising or leading teams within the warden call, fire safety, security, or telecare sector

Strong working knowledge of warden call systems (e.g., Tunstall, Intercall, Tynetec, etc.)

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interaction

Good fault-finding, system understanding, and technical support ability

Familiarity with health and safety practices and quality assurance procedures

Basic IT literacy for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
