Are you an Applications Engineer based in London looking for a hybrid role with exposure to high-end, enterprise-level security systems? As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for programming and supporting global security systems, acting as a key technical escalation point and working closely with clients across commercial and financial sectors. You will be working for a leading security systems integrator specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of enterprise-level security solutions for blue-chip organisations.

Responsibilities :

  • Programming global security systems
  • Providing system support to field-based teams and LSPs
  • Troubleshooting a range of security technologies
  • Acting as an escalation point for technical faults
  • Delivering on-site service support and attending client meetings
  • Assisting with network troubleshooting related to security systems
  • Supporting end-commissioning activities
  • Occasional travel across EMEA to support projects

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Applications or Technical Engineering role within the security industry
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise-level security systems
  • Proficiency in networking and network troubleshooting
  • C-Cure Level 2 certification or above
  • Experience supporting large-scale, global security systems
