Job Title: Advanced Commissioning Engineer
Location: Surrey
Rate: £310 p/day
Are you looking for an Advanced Commissioning Engineer position working in Surrey? As an Advanced Commissioning Engineer, you will be working on a very large site carrying out commissioning, testing, and fault-finding on Advanced Apollo fire alarm systems. You will work alongside the lead engineer, focusing on system verification without the need for full programming or cause-and-effect work.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Commissioning of Advanced Apollo fire alarm systems on a large site
- Testing, fault-finding, and loop spinning where required
- No requirement for full programming or cause-and-effect work
- Working alongside an experienced lead engine
Experience required:
- Extensive experience in Advanced fire alarm commissioning
- Strong fault-finding and system testing skills
- Ability to work within a live, operational environment
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Hand tools and full PPE
- Laptop with Advanced software
- Smoke poles, heat and smoke heads for testing
