Access Control Supervisors (x2) - SSSTS
Location: Multiple sites across the West Midlands
Rate: £250–£270 per day
Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:00
Induction Date: Thursday 13th
Start Date: Monday 17th
Role Overview
We are seeking two experienced Access Control Supervisors to oversee access control installations and related site works across multiple West Midlands locations. The successful candidates will take a hands-on supervisory role, ensuring that installation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise access control teams and coordinate on-site activities
- Ensure works are carried out safely and comply with health and safety regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings
- Carry out quality checks and report progress to project managers
- Troubleshoot technical or operational issues as they arise
- Maintain clear communication with site managers and subcontractors
Requirements
- SSSTS certification (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme)
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- Proven experience in access control or electrical/security installations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
