Elecomm Case Study

Elecomm Case Study

Utilising our database to prioritise teams with existing relationships for more efficient paired survey work at temporary office sites.

Challenge

Elecomm was contracted to complete a series of surveys across numerous temporary office sites in London. Due to an extensive order book, Elecomm needed to increase their resources to do the work, they needed to recruit multiple teams of two.

Solution

Technical Resources outlined specific responsibilities for each team of two and prioritised teams that already had established working relationships. This was done to facilitate a faster onboarding process and to promote a more productive and efficient workflow.

Benefits

Elecomm successfully delivered all surveys to their client on time, leading to their successful acquisition of the installation portion of the project. This successful collaboration between Elecomm and Technical Resources further solidified their reputation for delivering quality services, even under tight deadlines.

Results

After an initial consultation between Elecomm and the client following the survey, a plan was devised to deploy 6 teams of two engineers to carry out the work at multiple locations. Technical Resources promptly supplied the teams, enabling Elecomm to meet the deadlines set by the client.
