👋 Meet our Associate Resourcer, Noah Murphy

👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I am currently part of the Contract Services team working as an Associate Resourcer, where my role is to source and place candidates within the Fire and Security industry.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

I previously worked in the sports industry as a Supervisor at a local football arena. After leaving that role, I spent a few months travelling around Southeast Asia. When I returned, I decided I wanted to move into a sales-focused career, and saw Technical Resources as a great opportunity to begin developing myself as a recruiter.

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

I was initially drawn to Technical Resources because it appeared professional, well-structured, and local to where I live. Since joining, I’ve learned even more about the business and the recruitment industry, which has made me even more engaged in my role and motivated to progress.

🌟 Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.

I’m a big football fan and a proud Fulham supporter. I love going to matches, and I also enjoy watching darts.
