👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I’m part of the Installations team and currently working as a Trainee Resourcer, supporting the team with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities while developing my skills in the industry.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

I’m a Business graduate and originally set out to build a career in sales. I applied for a Business Development role and was instead offered the opportunity to join the team as a Trainee Resourcer, a great first step into recruitment and the wider business.

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

I was particularly drawn to the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and continue developing my skills within a fast-paced recruitment environment. The role gives me the chance to challenge myself, learn from the team, and contribute to achieving great results.
