I am on the service desk as an Associate Resourcer, finding suitable candidates for the team.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

I had worked in the Hospitality industry for 4 years and decided to apply for recruitment roles as soon as I turned 20. I found the this role online and researched into the company, soon learning that it was a great opportunity to start my career as a Recruiter. I ended up getting the job by applying through Indeed.
