👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I am part of the Operations team as a Compliance Administrator.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

My background is in Criminal Justice, but I recently moved to the UK and was looking to explore other career options. I had originally interviewed for a Resourcer role, but decided the sales side of the business wasn’t right for me. A few weeks later the Compliance Administrator role opened up and here we are! I am really glad I got another opportunity to be a part of TecRes!

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

I really liked the vibe in the office when I came in for my interviews. Everyone is really sociable, friendly and supportive. I am new to the company, but I can tell I am going to be happy here.
