👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I’m part of the Senior Contracts team, working as a Delivery Consultant.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

I originally spent four years working at William Hill before deciding it was time for a change. After a couple of roles in Customer Service, I became interested in recruitment and moved into the industry in 2022 with a construction and trades agency.

I joined Technical Resources because I wanted to develop my career further and work within a more specialist market. With a few friends already working in the electrical industry, the move made sense, and after a great initial conversation with Rich, I knew it was the right fit.

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

The Manchester office location was a big factor, as it’s only a 10-minute walk from my flat. I was also really impressed by the professionalism shown during my interview with Rich. My previous agency felt unstructured and lacked processes, whereas Technical Resources has a clear, driven approach and a genuine team mentality, which was exactly what I was looking for.

During the COVID lockdown, I went to a UFC watch party at Paul Scholes’ house.
