👔 What team are you in & what do you specialise in?

I work in the Permanent Division as an Associate Resourcer, supporting the team with sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates across a range of roles.

📜 What’s your background, and how did you end up working at Technical Resources?

Before moving into recruitment, I spent six years working in hairdressing, followed by a year in business insurance sales. I decided I wanted a new challenge and a career with more long-term progression, which led me to explore opportunities in recruitment and eventually to Technical Resources.

🎉 What attracted you to join the company?

I was attracted to Technical Resources because of the variety of opportunities available, the clear progression pathway, and the chance to develop my skills across different teams and areas of recruitment.
