Tell us something weird about you, tell us something interesting about you: When I started at Tecres I was 19 years old and I was living in my friends shed after leaving home in Scotland – I quickly started to make good money and by the time I was 23 I had bought my first home

What team are you in what do you specialise in: I have a strong background in contract recruitment, but now support all divisions. Nowadays, I focus on the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of each team in the business.
