FTTP Business Development Manager
Location: Remote / Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission + Benefits

Responsibilities
*Responsible for your own and your teams sales targets each month.
*Unearth and close large-scale, opportunities across multiple verticles.
*To provide strategic direction for the sales team that reports into you to ensure the business hits target against all product types.
*Produce regular monthly reports on your teams new business performance, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring strong communications are established and maintained
*Provide robust leadership to drive team performance, competence and talent, and be a mentor and role model.
*Work closely with the Engagement teams to ensure your processes and KPIs are completely aligned and opportunities are are maximised
*Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute on campaigns.
*Develop and action strategic sales plans.
*Build and retain solid, long-lasting relationships with advocates and referral partners, new and existing.
*Outbound selling on OUR own Fibre network, ensuring your team surpasses a predefined profitability per km of fibre target.
*Inbound enquiries from all non-existing customers in your area.
*Maximise profitability by bundling ancillary products (managed services) such as WiFi, LAN, Security solutions and VoIP onto connectivity deals.
